How the hell are all the other demon Kings out and about when they have all supposedly have been defeated or sealed by previous Heroes? Who's going around unsealing them? The current Demon King? And if all demon kings are women why aren't they called Demon Queens instead of Demon Kings?

I dont remember a manga were the author took his time to draw so many extras in the background, at least on a beach
