Unfortunate to say, its owned by the company that publishes this manga series. wwwavecomics owns the company, thus holding their english license on a single entity, instead of other channels like Sevenseas, VIZ, or Square Enix. And with the case of this being a manga published online rather than a shounen magazine, suffice to say that it wont get picked up by the big companies. Soo yeah. may not look official, but it is.

From the first free part of ch1 , its already clear that they have the original source of manga, as its in manwha scroll form.
