"Mark all as read" button :planned:

I feel like there should be a button to mark every chapter as read, not just completed.

Many times have I only clicked the "Reading" button after getting up to date on a manga, since I want to see if it's good or not. Usually, by the time I'm up to date on something interesting, I have to manually click each little icon to mark every recent chapter as read, so it doesn't flood my follows with the grey icons.

Maybe make this eye button useful

I also want this, because sometimes i'll find a new title and read through 30+ chapters and then i have to go back and mark every single one individually and i kinda don't want to bother.
