The Medicine Pill Valley is doomed if that idiot is an average second generation disciple. There's basically only the Pill Emperor and the few first gen disciples who have any interest in alchemy, the rest of the Medicine Valley are wastes of skin, in the worst case scenario. After all, if you think about it, why would the first gen disciples choose an especially bad person to be the envoy sent to cooperating sects? They would surely choose a decent person since it's an important task. Yet they sent that moron, so it means the cretin was actually decent disciple in their standards. They are doomed.
