i feel like this is landing some nice subversions of silly tropes, like

on page 7, after page 6 with the classic “jealous person is sulking but won’t clearly express their feelings and instead takes it out on the person in some petty way” trope, i was surprised to see her focus up and communicate clearly and calmly that she was jealous (even repeating it for emphasis/clarity) and what exactly she was jealous about

and on page 8 after the old (and silly) “whoops i fell on you” trope, she just completely tanks/ignores it and stays focused regardless (staying insistent instead of getting embarrassed)

i like these moments, she has a sturdy, like, self-loyalty. She does not let embarrassment get (overly) in the way of properly acting in her own interests.

I like her more when she's dressed like this, her male uniform doesn't have a lot of feminity, the author should have gone with something more akin to this https://mangadex.org/chapter/9c92b128-1eb3-444f-9a6f-232176ffb5e9/6 when she's wearing male clothing, obviously I'm not saying she should be undressed but her femine features should be more pronounced.
