Yuuki gets two major boosts. One from being lend to different individuals multiple times and having them ride him (so far there's all of the seventh unit, and almost all of the chiefs except for Tenka), and the second is from absorbing the gods essence (three so far). The lending seems to increase Yuuki's base form and power, while the God's essence seems to increase his spiritual strength which likely will tie in to his special abilities when he links with the rider. We'll see how it shapes up soon enough.
He did it once, very early on (using her boot as a focus tool). But it was a weak form and didn't last very long. Between the god-boost and his basic stamina improvements since those days, though, he might be able to create a battle form of his own soonish. (Maybe even here.)
How much of the reward system is influenced by him and how much by the rider is still undefined (though it's very clearly a mix of both), but there's no way someone as serious-minded as Yuuki is going to allow the system to essentially coerce full penetration of a potentially unwilling partner. Even if that potential is just 1 or 2%.
My guess is that, the Kyouka's Slave ability might have a side-effect of suppressing limbo when used on male species.
