Kyouka can't win because the story's been lacking tension and the fight against the thunder gods(on a strategic level) is a one sided curb stomp so if Ren loses Mira likely will win.

I wonder if yuuki is planning to reveal the truth about the gods inside of him? That something that I think could swing the votes either way. But would definitely shake things up even if ren is threatening people.

You seem to have forgotten the gods didnt actually fight her and they have a secret plan to go around her so it wasnt really a curb stomp.

That’s what I’m thinking too but that could be a double edge sword.

Cause on the one hand it could show ren rash thinking believing that her strength cause solve anything. And that she could control the gods power. Even though it was that very same power that beat her

But on other hand ren could call in the trust worthyness of yuuki and kyouka since they been keeping it from them. Along with how trusting yuuki is now that he has the gods inside of him.

Luckily yuuki does have the trust of the other commanders so it is more in his favor

So it could be a risk worth taking and the gamble could pay off big in the end.

But that risk is still there
