I think the good guys will be taking the loss this time. This is supposed to be their strongest fighter so the manga would be pretty much over if she loses. I can't see the manga ending yet so she'll probably destroy everyone and snatch Yuuki.

I just checked the other mini-arc with Maia and it doesn't seem so - we have seen her Vtuber avatar though and heard that she streams games, we just haven't seen the gameplay itself yet.

I didn't reread everything though, so there's a chance it made a brief appearance at some other point.
