Vairocana? According to religion, Vairocana is the personification of Dhamakaya.

Dhamakaya is one of the 3 bodies of Buddha. The Dhamakaya is "The Absolute".

The other 3 are Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya.

In the book "Wonders of the Natural Mind: The Essence of Dzogchen in the Native Bon Tradition of Tibet" (Snow Lion, 2000), Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche wrote, "The Dharmakaya is the emptiness of the natural state of reality; the Sambhogakaya is the clarity of the natural state; the Nirmanakaya is the movement of energy that arises from the inseparability of emptiness and clarity."

If this Commander has Dhamakaya, then she's a walking container of "The Essence of the Universe". Whatever she wants, she gets. Only a paradox can kill her.
