MTL garbage from a brain-damaged attention whore that will prevent this from ever being picked up and actually translated. Cease. Nobody is stopping you from reading MTLs on your own, posting them is 100% spite against people who actually enjoy manga.

You aren't TRANSLATING anything, you can't call it a translation because you don't know the language and can't actually understand anything but trying to guess at how correct the machine output is and rewriting it based on that guesswork. Calling it a translation is an insult to actual translators and a lie.

He keeps shoving fake MTL shit into the feed of a manga I actually would like to read if a real group ever picks it up, which he is sabotaging entirely as an attention whore. HE's harassing, spiting and spitting on every last one of us that followed this series by deliberately sabotaging it.

Well, regarding the kanji "果" (ka) in shokado, that's a detail I overlooked, but the author uses that kind of wordplay, both visually and grammatically, and it's something you should pay attention to. Taking the easy route, the author simply changed a kanji to avoid copyright issues, like he does with Uber and Amazon. But taking the more complex route, grammatically the author often uses Buddhist and Chinese references. In this case, I'm not entirely sure, but if we base it on the furigana "shokado," it could be a reference to Shōkadō Shōjō (松花堂昭乗), who was a Buddhist monk, painter, calligrapher, and tea ceremony master during the Edo period. Shōkadō revitalized calligraphy by reviving the sō ("grass") script, a fast, cursive script originating in China. In this case, the parallel is that Mashiro brought the bento (Shokado) to Maki-chan (Kazamaki Hana (flower, a kind of grass)) so she could recover. Now, if we look only at the kanji 果 (ka), we can find several references. For example, when you search for the kanji/hanzi, the first piece of information you find is related to "Oracle Bone Writing" (甲骨文, an ancient form of Chinese writing). That is, the author could have made the eye joke for that reason. This kanji is also related to an anecdote similar to the panel of Mashiro and Nagumo arguing, which says: Master Gu, the father-in-law, said, "If that's true, then Yi (the archer) is also guilty." —From The Tale of the Wolf of Zhongshan by Ma Zhongxi (Ming Dynasty), there are more interesting anecdotes, but I won't elaborate further; you can search for them on Baidu using the hanzi 果 or by going to the hanzi page with the link. https://baike.baidu.com/item/果/81328

There is NO helping them. Helping them would imply that they're actually doing anything good. They're sabotaging shit. Someone who doesn't know japanese should not be trying to fake being a translator for attention. I am certainly not fluent enough to claim to be a literature translator, and they know LITERALLY nothing, they're uploading MTLs, not bad translations, NEGATIVE translation. Nothing. Zero.

If they wanted to HELP and not just be an attention-whoring cretin, they wouldn't be posting MTLs, they'd find a group to join and actually do their shit photoshopping with someone who knows the language.

You can't translate this with MTL. Anything you do with MTL is guesswork and rewrite fanfiction.

oh hey, it's you
appreciate your efforts for tl-ing in spanish for a long while now btw
from what i could search up, the kanji that's used for the shokado bento style irl is apparently based off of the monk, even actually being the same one
