In addition to the "Fourth Murasame" Academy being a reference to Four Murasame in Zeta Gundam, the shadowy people in the background of page 11 mostly seems to be Gundam characters. I see Haman Kharn, Schwarz Bruder, and Paptimus Scirocco for starters.

I think Harry Ord as well. Others look vaguely familiar, but I can't 100% place them. There are several similar looking characters in Gundam, some of which are references to older characters.
