This type of setup-and-payoff isn't new or even uncommon for this work-- it's just that nobody had uploaded scanlations of it for a while, and previous setups-and-payoffs were usually less suspenseful on top of concluding with Belle "choosing" Mike.

The previous "cover art" was just a page, so this ad that at least looks like it has what will be the volume cover on it is more of cover art than that, so they updated it. Though I would think they'd wait till the actual volume release to update it to the full art, but w/e.

We've got the doujinshi for 800¥, an acrylic standee for 1500¥, and a free bonus 2-illustration-card set. Aihara has confirmed that leftovers will be sold online. He hasn't said where, but you can presume Melonbooks (tho possibly TORANOANA, AliceBooks, or some combination). Also, they printed a lot of copies, but if they somehow sell out at COMITIA, they will print more for online. However, unclear if that only refers to the doujinshi or the acrylic standee and the illustration cards too.
