Its almost as if they cannot comprehend a guy being with a girl.
Because, as per the plot of the series, majority of Mercenaries work solo and rarely as a group (even in this case mostly consisting of same gender).

Aka, while there are significant number of female Mercenaries, they either tend to work solo (like Elma used to), or with other female Mercenaries as a group. And even if they work with male Mercenaries, its basically for a few jobs and not as a single group.

Mercenaries rarely hock-up with opposite gender as well, because they travel around the universe, so unless they work as a same group, chance of a male Mercenary being with a female is quite rare.

There is also the financial aspect as well, as most mercenary spend a lot of money without much saving, except when needed. So, most operate a single ship with a very low crew capacity, making working from a single ship as a group quite hard and rare.

So, in the end, to most Mercenaries, seeing a single male Mercenary working in a group with so many women is actually supposed to be quite rare, and apparently enviable.

I hope they won't cut out Serena's part.
You mean the pool part?

Well as they didn't skip the similar part with Mimi, Elma and the others previously in the Manga, then i guess they won't do that in the Manga as well, since it is a fan-service part and the only one so far relating to her so far.

A hero of justice appears! No, really, they saved you from those MREs.
Mimi's so underrated...
Time for a magical duel! I'll first activate my pot of greed card! But what does it do you may ask? Well I'll tell you. It allows me to draw two cards from my deck!

Considering he is technically a noble now (hence the swords and the badge), Hiro-sama would make sense as "Lord Hiro" or "Sir Hiro".
Not really, because that's Mimi's personal way of addressing Hiro.

The "-sama" honorific translates in various ways depending on the context.

In Mimi's case, she refers to Hiro as "Hiro-sama" because she feels indebted to him, and considers that her life belongs to him.
Its basically in the context of a Master & Servitude relationship in a way if i am right.
Which is why, its either supposed to be "Master Hiro" (used in official LN & Manga, and more accurate in the context) or possibly "Mister Hiro".

Mei also similarly calls him "Master" but her context is a bit different as she uses "Goshujin-sama", which is more like "My Lord" without calling out his name, to show more respect to him, like a Servant to a Lord.

Its actually hard to get an accurate reading on what the context is supposed to be in English, unlike Japanese.

They may be smarter, but they still are idiots. Who just picks a fight with another merc carrying 2 swords, whose combat strength they clearly know nothing about, with the intention to break up his group for some reason, and all while during a short regroup and repair for an active combat deployment?

Like seriously, why are they picking a fight with their own side of the larger battle?
Because they're hotheaded idiots. It's a common problem with younger mercenaries. And also young men in the presence of attractive women.

In the LN, they brought a bunch of those MRE's and had a tasting party with them.
But the Manga cut that part out, and merged two different parts to reduced plot content.
Can confirm. This shit took so long I started reading the LN. Lotta small stuff seems to have been cut but they haven't actually left the store yet. P sure they're still gonna buy them because
that's part of what they eat when Hiro gets stranded with the elf princess

You fell into the trap of Japanese honorifics. The only correct decision is to leave it alone as-is in Japanese. It’s not worth translating unless it’s specific and/or unusual, it maintains the flavor, and even then a TL note explaining the honorific would be significantly more sufficient than fully translating it.

The key to JP TL is not literally translate everything. I mean, if you had to, what if there’s a character called Kuyoyama-sama? You want to write down Lord Blackmountain on that cell? That’s probably not an accurate translation either if the guy’s surname is literally just Kuroyama. Same with Chinese; that’s how back then sometimes you get really questionable characters names like “Thunder Fire Murder Goat” or “Flower Absconding Stela”.
