Honestly, for a straightforward isekai it's pretty fun. There aren't enough scifi manga these days, and even if it's no LotGH it's at least a breezy read.

For those who wonder, the actual game from which this seems to be based seems to be Elite Dangerous. Every points explained and even the menus (which can be played in read 1st person view) are like shown in the manga. The FTL system, ship being scanned notice and the resources being one of the thing that can be sold for a pretty penny (well... credits) as well as the logs about every transaction being available (which means someone can see what you have purchased from a station and tell it to his buddies who can hunt you down).

When the MC wake up and he's freezing, that's also a real point in Elite Dangerous as you can turn off the life system and generator which, in turn, drop the ship's temperature (ice form onto the windows in-game) and you are on limited oxygen reserve (from 5 mins to 25 mins based on your life system rank/level.) When your generator is turned off, the only way of finding you is by visual detection (as the game's detection system for small objects is based on heat and signal detection or short distance scans).

Also does it need 'mecha' tag? Isn't mecha only robots and exo-suits, or am I mistaken?

The mecha is safely stored in their ship. It'll get its first outing in the second arc of the story, assuming the manga follows the web novel. Currently the story is about 75% through the first arc. Also, if you are looking for a mecha-based entertainment you are going to be disappointed, the mecha event is mostly just there for a very wormy event.
