Why does it feel like somebody is going to die any moment
This manga does a great job at capturing the thick layers of tension and gloom I love in Murakami books

Reads like the sort of thing an artsy high schooler would write. The art is nice and it's very personal, very sincere aye, but it's ultimately such an inconsequential fart in the wind I ended up skimming.

@Turkeyjerkey thanks for the comment, yeah i very much agree with you and it’s become a drag to scanlate. this and the previous chapter i feel like commit the most writing sins.

after reading the whole manga i started working on it because i had mixed feelings and wanted to hear other’s thoughts (and was incredibly drawn to the art). unfortunately it turns out that’s more work than simply reading it and moving on lol.

The two English CDs on his desk are Yo La Tengo Painful 1993, and Flaming Lips Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, 2002.

Really like this one, as a former artsy millennial hipster. The art is gorgeous and it's filling me with melancholic nostalgia.

Is this going to be continued? This is my kind of manga: i'm 14 and this is deep romance with music and literature references (I'm an unabashed Murakami fan and Norwegian Wood is my favourite of his). I would love to see how this ends
