I don't understand why they transliterated You's name character for character even though that makes it look like a specific word with a different pronunciation in English, and yet localize out all the honorifics and stuff like cat names. If the goal is something fully accessible without any cultural knowledge, why not write her name as Yoh? If the goal is an accurate to the Japanese translation, why not keep the honorifics and the cat names?
(I'm personally heavily biased towards never changing nyan to meow because as a word meow has no cuteness and has bad mouthfeel. That's why people don't actually name their cats "Meowy" irl lol.)
