It's probably borderline publisher safe. Would be fun if the actual guidelines for the authors were public information for each magazine. I'd really like to know where Manga Time Kirara draws the line, since it is essentially yuri but not, most of the time.

Generally I'd guess anything outside of actual confessions or said confessions becoming relationships and any serious kissing is where most magazines draw the line. Funnily enough it isn't just yuri or yaoi service, you can see this in quite many shounen series too, where the romance is only allowed actually in the 10 year timeskip epilogue, where everyone has gotten together and spawned mini-mes.

It's even crazier when you think about the amount of sexual themes and overall ecchi in shonen mangas.

Kirara is famous for its yuri. Like, the majority of kirara properties with a majority female cast are at least yuribait, if not yuri subtext or even explictly gay.

Honorifics are local in Japan, but non-local in Japan, so localizing a story that shows two friends referring to each other by name in a casual setting == removing the honorifics. If text localization is the goal, it only makes sense to keep them in stories where the honorifics are used in a manner that is important to the plot or themes of the story.

i stopped reading one punch man because the bastard murata re-draws and re-writes each chapter at least 5 times , and he just deleted the 1st version , 2nd version , ... , from existence .
the mofo murata keeps changing his mind and keeps re-drawing the chapters , again and again and again , and the plot gets worse after each re-drawing .
