I think it's more "Julia notices spirits that Miko doesn't" because while Miko is able to see more spirits, she's more focused on the stronger and more frightening ones so the smaller and weaker ones kinda get ignored (but not by Julia).

Ok, I'm not sure what people are going on about, but Miko can see Everything (I.e., Every Ghost). Julia can see the not that scary ones and life aura. Romm can see Every Ghost and Life Aura.
