Continuing the comment from the previous chapter,
If the hypothesis is correct, it means their area is currently surrounded by France and America, right? (And E?).

But so far, most of the rifles seen seem to be all AK derivatives.
I mean, it's cliche, yes. So it's understandable. But I'd like to see more variety in the future.
There should be more HK and AR-15 models seen in use.
The Japanese military doesn't even use AK models. So the abundance of it is a bit odd.
I guess the area was previously occupied by Russia.

That was a ton of exposition dump in the previous chapter; I’m surprised you got that message from it. I kind of got the feeling that just made up a random backstory, so the artist could draw sniper porn.

I got a different message from the previous chapter. From what I gather, either through a military naval blockade or maybe the literal destruction from World War 3 we know there are little resources and this camp is recruiting child soldiers due to the lack of manpower and supplies. That being said, this story doesn’t have a post-apocalyptic tag on it. At this point in the story unless proven wrong I really think Miss EU is lying about the other regions to give hope to the new recruits. It doesn't look good when you have to deal with a bunch of wannabe warlords in the countryside.

I don’t think the AK is Russian made. China and NK has made a lot of them. Story wise, it would make sense for a country like China to dump their old weapons stock in order to arm their own insurgent forces. It’s a Pro-Japan manga, I’m sure will probably see more Asian/Pacific made weapons. AR-15 get enough screen time as it. I’d like to see some South Korean, Australian and Chinese stuff tbh.
