A bit of a rough end, unfortunate axe. It had its good moments but this wasn't an exactly satisfying way to wrap it all up. At least we get to know what happened and they seem happy...

For the chapter:

Well that's an axe wrap for sure.

I'm conflicted with what author cooked here, it's not okay to fuck/be in relationship with a JK if you're 10 years older than her, or not...

For the series:
Man, it was great at start, with a shape shifting girl that can't decide to be a cat or human, finding herself in arms of honest but deptesso' expresso guy and they work together to find mutual happiness...

Then it turned into garbage, adding "sex with me before I turn 18, or I'll become a cat" plot twist bait for hungry pedophiles, making reading awkward especially with MC knowing well.

The twist about "pervert" being a pervert, just because he wouldn't acknowledge Mio as a human but non-human, but then dismissing basic human rights of personality by having sex with a teenager, but still keeping it quiet so nobody will find out. WTF?

Also, introducing Makio, a sexually abused in the highschool lesbian who's afraid of men since then, that mutually (?) fell in love with another much younger cat girl... Does she plan to keep Tamaki a cat, or will make her have sex with another man... yikes... this world sucks big time for homosexuals I guess...

Was hoping Iori be a supportive "parent", even a dad figure, something Mio didn't have, as genuinely good guy.
Guiding her from "stray" life into adulthood, making her find friends then her finding first love and Iori hooking up with Taguchi, arguably the best girl in the story.
But, meh...

3/10

Thanks for scanlation till the very end tho'

As soon as the author suddenly revealed she is a high-school girl with limited time, I knew it was over. Oh well... :aquadrink:

Idk If I'd even call that a "rushed ending" at this point. They just looked at the sun and we saw +1 cat. Very disappointing..

I guess they chickened out? Cuz Makio met Tamaki as a child… but then again this manga is also fine with the main couple having an age gap… yeah it’s just inconsistent as heck.
I don't want to sound stupid but... I'm pretty sure the ending was rushed since the manga got axed. I choose to believe the author decided to focus on the 2 MCs relationship instead of going deeper for the rest.

+ Makio IS a part of the organization and might be restricted in this regard and after reading the manga again Tamaki never explicitly said she loved Makio, so it might be one-sided/doomed yuri... So surely Makio is "more than a big-sister but less than a lover" for Tamaki while Makio is 100% into Tamaki.
Also, the fact you have to do the deed with your partner might play a big role, and not being able to do it makes it so Tamaki knows Makio isn't made for her (?) and ultimately Tamaki chooses not to be with Makio (reason for the jealous chapter).
