I mean, it's not exactly out of the line in his case. MC-kun was a guy that was exclusively stuck to "home > job > home" routine. I was like him some years ago, so I can somewhat understand his worries, although he's thinking way too hard about it.

Things that only a human can do, but one who turns into a cat at night. There's a panel where he starts to realize how much stuff gets written off and how difficult her life has been.
It's still a joke, and seems to largely be a vehicle to flesh out a side character who actually has a social life because nobody introduced does. But there are some real hurdles to consider when you're planning around a teen girl who spends half of every day as a cat.
