My guess would be the dad because she is meant to send the dad picture at first. Which imply that the mistake were made due to the pictures located near each others which makes it likely that by the time the bikini picture is taken happen when the dad is still alive.

I assume the bikini picture was made with a selfie mode on a timer. It probably landed in vicinity of the dad picture, cause both were made in close proximity time wise. Daughter was probably to young to make pics like that, and dad wouldn't really have a need to help her do it if that picture was meant for dad (as I assume it was).

Photos were close to each other so she send the bikini one by mistake to MC, or well did it mischievously out of horniness.
