If I'm allowed to be a little more shameless, then once you're free and willing to pick up another series, I wanna recommend the following:

Well, it seems like other group is releasing chapters of that manga, but just little slowly. I don't think I can be better though in terms of frequent releases and (or) quality...
I am thinking of many other projects, namely Eguchi-san Chi no Junjou Succubus, Tsuki no Joou no Nekashitsukekata, Furyouppoi Kanojo wa Daradara Shitai. But will pick 1 or 2 only.

I recently dropped Shino to Ren because I realized a little too late that Yen Press is translating EN chapters.

Could you tell me where you saw updates on Makemasen kara ? I've only found a low quality version of chapter 9 on other sites.

As for Shino to Ren , I understand why you dropped it. Though, it still makes me extremely sad. There are some cases of groups continuing translations even here on MD, despite officials existing, but I understand.

On Mangadex. Well, yes they are updating 1 chapter every 1 month but I don't think I can do any better. It may be even worse because by the end of Aug, I will be busy because of IRL stuff...
So yeah... your best bet is them, Rehashed Scans, or ask in Series-Pickup on Scanner School Discord (if the group translating drops it)

Don't be sad! At the very least you are sure that you will be able to get translated chapters! There are many series that get updated like 1 chapter every 3 / 4 months! Its better than that!

I really want to scanlate all of them (all three) but damn 1 person cant do everything...
Eguchi-san is Yuri so I am all in for that! (Art is also damn pretty)
Tsuki no Joou no Nekashitsukekata is Office Workers and I love that dynamic! (sadly, its not Yuri)
Furyouppoi Kanojo is kind of (straight) Erotica and I really want to scanlate that! Art is pretty!

Revisited after seeing WataNare's next manga run announcement and I can definitely see WataNare in this style. It would be different, but there's something really refreshing about the expressions and beatdrops that can somewhat match Mikami Teren's sense for writing.
