Simply not fully translated yet. It's actually quite a good story.
It has 9 volumes and has a good conclusion. I don't think it was cancelled given that it ends pretty much when it needs to and the final arc didn't feel rushed, as in every character's backstory as explained and it all fit very well together and it was clear the artist planned most of it.
