I've been present to quite a bit of relationship advice. Specifying "present" since I'm not able to give any advice considering my 40+ year old ass hasn't had any relationships haha.

The worst are the ones where it's just platitudes that don't really do anything good for anyone. Nothing changes and the same steps get taken with no change in anything.
