Is anyone in this series actually in love with someone, apart from Moka liking Nozomi?

It doesn't really feel like Nozomi likes Tsuyuno romantically. I don't know what exactly it is he's after. Or maybe he does on some level, but he's not quite mature enough to handle it. He has enough lust, though, considering his hobby.

I think that's the point of this issue, lust is turning into something else.

She has always "gotten off" from being watched by sniper-kun, she's also pretty open with herself about why she does it, because it feels good to her. So by having something so minor and "pure-hearted" like an indirect kiss to make her blush and get her so flustered is kind of the point, at least that's my take.
