There are similarities in how ruthless they behave and how it actually shows on their expression at times.
But there is also a major difference in their respective ambitions.

Tanya wants a peaceful comfy position regardless of the state of the world. She wants to get away from conflict as soon as she earns the power and authority to do so.
Mitsuba wants war, chaos and conflict. She will dive into conflict, or even create it just as long as it doesn't endanger her freedom.

In this, they are diametrically opposed.

さわ爽やか

Na-adjective (keiyodoshi)
1. fresh; refreshing; invigorating; pleasant; delightful
  • オレンジジュース
  • の飲んだら
  • きぶん気分
  • さわやか
  • になった
A glass of orange juice refreshed me.
Na-adjective (keiyodoshi)
2. clear (voice); fluent (speech); eloquent

I know the literal first definition is "Fresh", but she's clearly saying it's a nice smell.

Welp that man is dead
Literally after he and his group kills Mitsuba she revives after having a conversation with her two personalities, kills his group and his family in front of him (wife and son)

Also only now I just realized two of the girls have surnames related to the deaths of their real life counterparts
Krone's Sainthelena is based on the island Napoleon was exiled in 1815 and later died on in 1821
Sandra's Thermidor is based on the name of the revolutionary month in which Robespierre was deposed, shot and executed
Mitsuba's Clove seems to be only the name of a day in a month called Messidor that goes before Thermidor (that is july 1st)

In short, Mitsuba just wants to watch the world burn
