I've always imagined that Harada's memories would return the moment he'll see Touma pitch in some major game. He was near the stadium (or maybe even inside?) during the match against Seinan, so one would think that he's already seen Touma in his full glory... But who knows.

Wait Harada hasn’t seen Touma pitch? I could have sworn he watched some practices. Adachi making his memory coming back during a big game would be pretty awesome.

He's probably watched the practices - after all, the field is easy to see from the Tachibanas' balcony. And he's free to roam around the school now, too. But it could be that he still hasn't seen Touma pitch at his full power - hell, even Nishimuras never saw Touma pitch like during that one game. So I'm thinking that it may be the key to Harada's memories, yeah.
