Sorry for the late reply. To be a little clearer, I wasn't wondering if there were games with NTR bad endings that could be avoided, as I know those exist. I was wondering if there were stories where at least some paths had the NTR occur but allowed the story to continue and, depending on choices, possibly allow the character to turn the girl back to him. For example, on VNDB I once saw a visual novel that looks like it might go that direction: the main character initially doesn't seem to have a crush on his childhood friend, but she's certainly attractive and they're very close, hanging out all the time. Then he finds out that she's got a wild side and has tons of sex friends. He tries to convince her to stop, she accuses him of just wanting to do it too, assaults him and goes all the way, and the story progresses. From what I can gather and what I can speculate, seems like it can end several different ways, possibly including one or more endings where the girl continues sleeping with tons of guys and one or more where the guy actually wins out and she decides to be with him and no one else. Beyond that, I could also imagine a fun game where the PC's SO is blackmailed by the antagonist, has to do all sorts of things, but with the right choices the PC might be able to destroy the materials being used for blackmail or get dirt on the blackmailer to force him to stop, while the wrong choices could end with the girl either trapped under his thumb or ultimately giving in to the pleasure and becoming "happy" as the blackmailer's toy.

I didn't do the translation. I had nothing to do with that group. I just read it. And frankly while I'd like to see someone else pick this up I'm personally not planning to. Chisa x Pon was one thing, with lots of serious elements and the sees being between a living couple, but while I enjoy analyzing the content I'm not going to translate this. If it had continued and went some of the places I thought it might perhaps, but not here. I'd rather continue looking for raws of Boku ga Boku de Aru Tame brother tamer works to resume translating with.

If you're looking for these guys' works, I'd say look at some "shadier" sites that are more specialized in certain types of content. Don't know how much if any is there, though I did spot RAWs on such a site (thus why I was able to talk about the final chapter).

All three commentators give good points on both sides and definitely more through than my theory on what thematically would make sense and matter more for the ending of the series.

What I've gathered is basically that the ending is open ended and the author doesn't like readers asking too many specifics (based on twitter replies). The author has actually posted a few art(like 1 or 2) after the end of Volume 3 but nothing crazy or important. I wanted to add the author's intention with the story based on his Twitter replys was to relato it to miya-chan mother. Her mother was a succubus that slept around a lot until her father "tamed" her and she betrayed/gave up being a succubus for him because she valued his love. The author said he wanted a similar premise with Miya herself and onodera and if he could continue the series that's what the plan was.

This again supports both ideas, 1 maybe she did sleep with tan playboy kun and she started sleeping with oji and many more, then onodera would slowly convince her to stop with love or something.

Or 2) Based on the author saying the idea was a similar idea to her mother not the exact same; then miya was doing dream sex and getting addicted to it till onodera saves her with love or something and takes her first time likely.

Both are about equally likey.

I personally agree with the commentor who can understand Japanese and broke down the meaning but I appreciate the guy who gave a through reasoning on his view as well as I'm also a yapper. I gave my reasons a lot earlier on why I personally think thematically the author was pointing to option 2 for the main story ending so I don't think she actually had sex. I disagree with the people that comment saying the author just planned on having an ntr work so she banged and that's it, besides for ch1-2 and ch 17 their isn't much ntr for miya as onodera is a big side character till last chapter (that one beach guy sister did get ntrd tho lol). A ntr authors and works usually have constant ntr if its the focus like grapara or guilty circle. I also don't think the end goal was Miya loosing her virginity (which is another reason why she didn't imo in chapter 17. Also the roses in fireworks scene usually mean she's using her powers or a dream is starting/ending like other commentor mentioned), as the end goal of this series seems more focused on taking control of yourself based on miya mother and miya fate with onodera whether she slept around or not.

Because of the axe it basically ruined and would rushed the ending so the author very blatantly doesn't want to make a clear cut ending for the readers as he's already disappointed it had to end this way to begin with. In situations like this I usually just ask the authors in Japanese they're thoughts and they'll give a vague answer (except the alice in cradle game dev they gave a clear cut answer when I asked about the fmc) and similarly with this work the author seems finished with it overall. The work could easily have wrapped up with one last volume is the real part that stings imo and seems the readers and author agree on that. Check his fantia from time to time as I think all posts are free and he posts an update occasionally every few months.

Although not sure if anyone even cares after mangadex gave the ban hammer... Rip.. At least it'll be useful info for future readers!

My stance has already been made pretty clear both on whether it seems likely that she's had sex and why it would fit with the story's progress. Regardless, I did love Kai's side story with the suggestion of potential reconciliation and even romantic future with his stepsister. It's one form of "NTR" that I can actually enjoy. The stepsister didn't go out with or sleep with that bastard because she was in love, but because the boy she really loved had essentially rejected her from her perspective. And yet, while it even looks like she may have moved on from that guy as well and may or may not have had other relationships, it really doesn't seem like that first flame is really dead. It'd take a lot of the courage he showed in the dream, but it does sound like he could have a chance if he decides to take it. That's the sort of thing I've wished for so long. And part of why I hate hentai NTR: they almost always just show up to the point of the girl being taken and the guy's heartbreak. There's room for a ton more plot, and a ton more sex, and it would make for a very cool story on both counts to have the guy struggle, hurt, and then ultimately man up and take action to get his love back.

But man, seeing this series axed makes me think of that "Ma-chan" series a while back. Like, people will raise funds to continue something like THAT, but not something with this much potential?
