You need to knock it off. The relationship isn't cute nor endearing. We have an incredibly immature and vindictive young girl and we have a older man who just an enabler of her behavior. And on top of which we have them inside of a student teacher dynamic. Every other manga that explores this dynamic have always set barriers in place and the characters always acknowledged and respected them while interacting. These characters just blatantly break these norms as if they were nothing.

Is this really the hill you want to metaphorically die on?

Being outraged at the fact that he could have been in a relationship with a 12 to 15 year is not wrong. No matter the " cultural differences " it's still gross for a 30 something year old man to be in a relationship with an "assumed" around 13 year old girl. That's what got me weirded out.

If you say no one cares that were offended at the previously mentioned assumption then why should we care that you're offended at some of the actions some of the people offended choose to take. To the people who have misunderstood "senior high " to mean a younger age than it actually is you just look like your excusing pedophilia.

I'm not a tumblr morality superior asshole. I just hate pedophilia and this looked to me like pedophilia. Granted I was running off incorrect information so that was again my bad.
