Arthur might be the antagonist in the eyes of Percival and his Grandfather because he sent Ironside to kill them but based on the prophecy there might be reason to think that they might be the villains.

Arthur swore to try and build an eternally peaceful country and all that after all. Knights who are prophecised to kill him and stop it would be considered an evil needed to be stopped.

The adventures that Percival's gramps taught him seems like connected to the whole storyline. One being finding his father, the holy knight who sails the phantom boat through the heaven, second is solving of Lancelot's disappearance which is probably connected to the lady of the lake, third (if King and Diane got their own son/daughter and the child is being one of the 4 knights) then Percival would end up adventuring the labyrinthine forest which is fairy king forest itself. I can't guess more about magician's twisting tower and about the cave but it seems like the twisting tower is related to Merlin.
