No console system in this day and age, or even in the past ~20 years, has sold adult only games with sexual content, and basically all visual novels can only be sold as all ages or 17+ at most (i.e. have lewd scenes like steam-covered baths, but no H scenes, and restrictions on drug references/smoking/mentions of sex or sexual activities etc).

Doesn't matter, Switch games just don't *have* that kind of content. It's not a simple matter of getting a PC version (if it exists) and just slapping it into the console. And even when PC version has lewd content, it's either via a developer-provided patcher or entirely separate 18+ version that can't be just patched. Especially since the patchers usually are for games that have the 18+ stuff in them, just blocked for legal purposes (on Steam etc).

It's not like you can just run a Python script and re-compile a PC game into a Switch...
