Yeeess... Then again.. Our MC, by being reincarnated into a story he knows the Plot of, is Predestined to become "Evil".

The basic premise of the story is the old-and-tried: "Can you escape Fate?", after all. Which can be a source of Lazy Writing, or a bloody good yarn, depending on the author. I have hopes for this one.
He knows the plot... but he's a speedrunner. So, there's a certain difference between knowing and "knowing" here. Regardless, we have seen he doesn't spend any time at all pondering the story he supposedly knows. We have got exactly zero scenes of Len trying to think of the reasons the original Len became a villain. I mentioned it the comments of an earlier chapter, but since he doesn't really care about the story at all, he's not preparing himself desperately either. He spent great many years tilling the land, instead of fighting lesser monsters. He believes he can keep living in that village forever, all happily with his family, despite "knowing" the original Len most certainly couldn't. I bet he's a natural speedrunner, not just someone doing it for the sake of Youtube clicks, because he kept skipping dialogue and never read any in-game books or other sources of information, probably finding it deadly boring. So, I'd assume he doesn't really know anything but the most important plot points.

Well, yes, but perhaps more is there than you realize.

Few if any people make choices that they recognize as evil; instead, they do and become evil by making choices not to think much about whether other choices are evil. Of course, that choice not to think about the possibility of evil is itself evil, but almost no one ever makes that point, and almost no one ever sees that point independently.

The MC finds himself set-up to be lured into become evil, and probably doesn't have a clear idea of just how that luring works.

Of course, I don't expect this series to provide an insightful exploration of the genesis of evil; such a series would be commercially unappealing.
such a series exists and has commercial potential (black lagoon) but not among the typical isekai audience. In fact, generally not among the shounen and for the most part shoujo audience.

at least he's only "skip the plot to get to the gameplay" as opposed to both "skip plot for gameplay, skip gameplay for plot" lul
we can only get infuriated by one end, right? right???

Shouldn’t the new sword get unlocked when he levelled the Magic Sword Summoning Technique skill?

He only unlocked Iron when he levelled up to 2.
So shouldn’t Bandit also only gets unlocked when he finally reach level 3. Or each swords got different requirements.
