There's not much we can do about that. Some months ago the magazine running Monster Musume stopped printing monthly issues and switched entirely to online distribution, so we no longer use physical scans. The online scans themselves are terrible at about 800px, which we scale up for readability, but it's inevitable that there's just not much detail left. They still release Tankoubans, but I'm going to presume that I'm correct in my assumption that you don't want to wait eight or so months for every new volume to come out, if that, considering the recent hiatuses.
