@Liquidxlax Well, while it doesn't really take too much to be considered gyaru in real life, just being more a fashionista than traditional Japanese social norms, two of the most common traits are dying their hair (usually blonde) and tanning their skin dark. It's also a stereotype that since they're loose with their appearance that they're loose with everything else, including sex and drugs among other things, as well as them regularly being portrayed as fairly stupid. Everything except for the fashion part is just rumors, usually from gossip started by some spiteful people, but this is all about sex so it's not strange to see that be included.

Err... wow. As expected from a japanese harem protagonist in a manga where the author has no intention whatsoever to let him do any of the girls and thus change the way the story is going a little.

Well, Phaaze, I guess that it'll just go the usual way in mangas like this. There'll be a lot of perverted things going on, but no matter what happens, the mc will never actually do anything for real because that's not what authors like this are going for. He'll probably end up with a happy harem ending at the very last few chapters with kids and all with every single one of them. But before that, no matter how perverse it gets, it will never cross the line.

Just look at somewhat similar manga such as to love ru. I couldn't handle that one anymore after the sequels... God... I mean, come on, it just got more and more extreme. That's no longer something to be defined by "lucky pervert", he just defies the laws of physics and uses magic to undress and fondle girls. It's just that the author pretends that he's all innocent and absolutely not a magician, esper or cultivator. I had to drop it since it recycled pretty much the same stuff over and over again and the lucky pervert situations had gone from being erotic to extremely cringeworthy even if we don't mention how stale it was. Seriously, after THAT many situations that should've led to a rather explicit conclusion unless the mc was either a monk or suffering from erectile dysfunction, I was just sick of the entire charade bullshit, I only have so much patience before losing interest.

I guess that this manga has kinda started to go down that road as well since the acceptable excuses has worn thin after so many chapters, but at least it's a bit better because of all the monster girls which makes for a lot of potentially good situations.
