Interesting, the manga finally got past the point the novel translations stopped. Well, the point where the novel translations stopped when I read it uhh. . . 2-3 years ago now?
The rape is obviously gross, and the whole setting is a notch or two overly edgy, but I like the main characters monsters. Rose in particular, despite being a wooden mannequin, she's honestly probably the cutest out of all of them lol.
I think she might get a more humanoid form later on, going by some novel covers I remember seeing however many years ago.
rose upgrades in stages, think next stage she gives herself a more human head with eyes that can swivel but her mouth can't open. She is upgrading because she is jealous that the other girls can have sex with master, not for herself but because she wishes she could give master pleasure like they can.
Great to see this series again. Thanks for the release.
@Serkket - Probably for human comforts and amenities. He's also more than likely making the mistake that civilization will be similar to what he's accustomed to -- socially at least -- even if it's not as technically advanced. Which I'm pretty sure isn't going to end well, especially given his ability to control monsters.
I'm with you. I'd carve out a home in the forest and build up my personal and overall strength first. Only after that would I consider contact, and it'd be exclusively for the sake of trade.
@Serkket
I also don't get it. In the beginning he lost his trust in humanity as he has seen them murdering each other. Now he wants to give them another chance? Could it be because of the human girl companion?

Since he rescued the human girl (Mana Kato), he does feel responsible for her. Even though he doesn't fully trust her (she is a fellow human = untrustworthy), he won't just abandon her, either. So he has to entrust her to other people, but he has to know they're trustworthy and capable of protecting her. So he has to encounter other people. He'd prefer if he could judge them through observation without them even knowing about him, but if not, he'd have to meet them.
Really I don't get it why he's seeking humans atm.. He should just find a good permanent place to build a base for all of them, and then think about finding info about humans. He even seems fairly weak without his companions, so he should get stronger first.
