You know she will stay docile if you don't bother her, and so your reaction is that you "must waste tons of military power to subjugate her quickly, inb4 the war that is about to start"? Wat?

At least it makes sense how a hostile nation would create an agent sowing discord between the ancient ancestor (with a history of ruining nations) having founded and is protecting a nation, and the current rulers of the nation (likely a long-lasting plan where they also try to undermine the inheritance and/or validity of stories regarding her). To try and trigger them to fight and have her obliterate the royalty (and entire capital city), or at least cease her protection of them (they already succeeded in that last point by having the new king be rude).

Well, after many of those "cheat-level" isekai mc, anything that come close to power way higher above anyone else is considered a cheat power nowadays, it become the standard on almost any new to use "cheat" as something of power beyond all reason. Most people after any cheat ability isekai mc know what define "cheat" is but anybody can argue that a cheat can beat a true ancestor vampire, even if it is powerful beyond all reason.

No more with the wording of "extremely powerful", "only one of the highest power", "the most powerful way above anyone", "powerful beyond all and reason" or "way powerful that anyone that is powerful", those wording is simplified to "cheat-like power" now, indicating said one is powerful way beyond anyone else by unimaginable margin and (almost) nobody can come close to.

They are typically arrognant and entitled, leading to foolish actions, but this is to an extra level.

Nobles live and breath thepowwr balance of their rank, the new King is still bound by the founding king's promise but is revoking it without warning or reason.

He knows te reasons behind the relatioship, and that it places her above him, but is stillacting against it.

Probably spoiled from birth and never had to ask for anytihng, so is use to just demanding.

I also would not be surprised if the upcomming war is his fault, the MC's presence should be a huge "invade with care" flag on the nation.

So far, I like Angelica. She, her butler and her lady-in-waiting are absolute cardboard cut-out generic, but I have a soft spot for imperious undead noblewomen. I like how she addressed the kinglette. However I don't like the over-done trope of showing us how "cool" the FMC is by just making her opponents extremely stupid, like decebrate levels of dumb. If any ruling monarch were this stupid they'd be dead already. Surviving at Court was a skill unto itself. I would have been happier if he was a scheming backstabber type who's only downfall was his own hubris.
