I haven't read past volume 1 but someone commented on reddit with what volume 2 covers

Volume 2 deals with the church as the daughter got found out to be the Saint by the worse Holy Knights are they were not only arrogant but stupid and only got to their position through family connections. The MC warned them not to repeat the same mistake as the former king. When the leader of the Holy Knight group reported back to the pope, luckily she's smart and immediately ordered a gag order on the Saint being found and not to interfere with the MC or the Saint. Unfortunately, that Holy Knight was too stupid to know recent events and decided to kidnap the Saint to get the credit. Luckily, the maid learn from previously and stationed some vampires at the adventure's guild to watch after the daughter. The Holy knight lost both his arms while his team were slaughtered. He was imprison and strip of all his status. The pope in desperation to apologise, gave the MC a bottle of her own blood as an offering when she asked to meet to discuss what had happen. She was horrified to find out the pope passed out when extracting the blood and explained to a shock pope that true ancestors don't need to drink blood. They later became quite good friends and would have tea together.
