Way I see it, this is clearly Angelica's fault. Humans have a short memory, after four or five centuries nobody who even dimly recalls hearing about your exploits is left alive, so they don't fear you like they should. Destroy a nation every two centuries or so and the fear will stay fresh, thus preventing anyone from even thinking of messing with you.

Second chapter and it already went full stupid, so I can see why this only has 10 chapters... Immediate time skip in a story about raising a child, a 6 y/o that looks 13, a nation with a dumb ruler that somehow doesn't know about the 1000 year old vampire that destroyed nations and founded his.
