LOL given how 'strict' uniform type of schools are , i'm surprised there wouldn't be a school issued skirt, unless she rolled it up/modified it herself or was just taller than average versus "you can buy your own skirt for school as long as it's x length and y pattern" (i do wear flowy dresses but i think i would've preferred to wear the male bottoms if i had to go to this kinda school. if not just wear full on leggings/tights underneath)
