lol I know bloomers as gym uniforms were a thing but feels like these days I’d hope some would be allowed to wear tracksuits or normal shorts vs being stared at but other than being super hot I can’t imagine going out in just a sports bra and shorts tho I’d prolly still have a spare shirt

Bloomers as official uniforms have been mostly, if not entirely, phased out of Japanese schools, probably because the old perverts who started those policies died and younger admins pointing out the obvious fact that they offer no functional benefit over less revealing workout clothing
