With the amount of stuff in this chapter, it feels like, either it's to end soon, or it's getting axed.

Series is up to currently chapter 32 and skimming some of the untranslated chapters it's not even hinting at ending, though i can't read japanese so i can't be sure.

god was smart enough to put an upper limit to how much he could gain in a month. now progress will slow drastically but it's probably for the better to prevent the story from becoming even more one sided than it already is.

Not really? I mean sure the upper limit of monthly experience has capped and so has his level, but he can still aquire skills and combine them. So now it just turns into a budget version of RE:Monster except the MC is just handed all the skills via training or gotcha.

seeing how expensive leveling up skills is, it does still slow things down significantly. even with 10 billion exp he still can't max out certain skills right away. it's actually the part that makes the least amount of sense because that means certain skills would take multiple lifetimes just to reach the halfway point of their max level and even more lifetimes to max them out. the skill leveling system is completely flawed and in need of a major rework. unless skills only take so long to level up for the mc exclusively due to his exp deal with god.
