But if he wants to bang her, all she needs to do is say ok. The slave collar only prevents non-consensual sex. Page 7 says it clearly. It says "The condition placed in your collar allows you to refuse any commands that are sexual in nature". So, if he wants to bang her, he can do it with her permission. The only thing changing the contract now will do is allow him to rape her if she ever says no to sex.

Coz he does need her permission first to change the contract into a regular one, before he can even order sex stuff, so hes giving all the power to her.

These characters aren't even token cardboard cutouts to fill the trope checkmarks (shy rabbit girl, muscle mommy, fallen noble, ara ara instructor, villainous shota-like noble reincarnator mc) - their every word and action actually makes this story dumber, to the point that it'd make more sense if they'd just stood still for 20 or 30 pages.
Writing feels like author got a fortune wheel for every character with some token actions/sentences (half of which don't make any sense whatsoever in a given situation), and just rolls with it to get an idea for a next page.
