Interesting premise but its super clunky. Also he has a flat-screen tv but not running water? How did she use the shower? Or if he does have running water whats the point of the backyard pump?

She was fine being naked, why would you act like a sissy there? Ogle her. She is fine with it.
He doesn't question if she was a real elf or faking. Doesn't question the isekai. Doesn't question magic or mana working.
He accepts magic and everything, yet doesn't accept seeing a girl naked. BS.
