Looking at other isekai/"write the story summary as your title" story, it is possible that someone is a bit jealous and want the MC to switch their love to only him/her. And they decided that pushing the MC to the depth of despair and then saving them will make MC fall in love with them.
Not a spoiler, but that's my guess since we don't see the lil sister or bitch saint in the cover.
So we will have different female as main girl, and high chance for both girl in MC past life turned out to be pure bitch.
the sister is a piece of shit. apparently she did care for mc but her excuse was that she feared that she would be looked down upon or mc would be bullied if she tried to protect him, so she also bullied him, taunting him about being useless to hide her fear.
Unrelated to her defense, but she also works at a place from from mc. she also did try to send money to him, but the guild manager sh worked at was a real stinker. Skibidi toilet has more functional brain cells than this walking, talking brainrot. Wanna know why I say that? cuz every letter with money the little sister sent, the manager would take the letter and keep it in a safe, gradually building up the money. Granted, he never spent a single cent of it and he insisted that it's basically her retirement fund or something like that.

well for one thing, the webnovel went onto a sort of hiatus. technically speaking, the story is still ongoing but progress is extremely slow, the latest chapter coming out from jan 2024.
as for the women, well, if my memory is correct:
the idiot sister almost got herself killed when trying to beg for forgiveness by trying to throw herself into a chasm/pit of monsters. mc saved her and his first slave chastised her for being a fucking loser for throwing away her life like that. she now serves as one of mc's slaves. i'll leave it to you to think whether such sentence is acceptable or not
the woman who I think sold mc out and failed to defend mc during his trial ended up dying after who I think is the guy she was married to killed her during mc's fight with said person. The attacker died and mc did revive her woth his time magic, but the revival is a botched one (not for the lack of trying but more due to the sensitive nature of souls of being fragile and irreparable as fuck) so mc is forced to let her die. i dont remember much about her but I am fairly certain she dies.
for the third woman, i remember even less. correct me if Im wrong, but iirc, shes some sort of saintess who also threw mc under the bus for some fucking reason. regardless, it was either her stupidity was exposed or she willingly confessed her sins. her engagement with the hero was cut and she was made to fuck off to some monastery in the middle of nowhere to rot in isolation (or at least thats what I tell myself is the reason. as usual shes just sent away to 'repent')
