I don't think she deserves that, ultimately it was people in positions of authority framing him. While that lady does deserve to get punished for her betrayal, I do actually feel a bit bad for her.
Using their position and credibility to paint him as a criminal, she likely was super confused, like "Oh god, did he actually do that?"
A part of her was likely scared that it would actually be true, specially if both a police officer and the saintess testified against him.
The only people that deserve punishment are those that abuse power and authority for nefarious goals like those two cunts did against the MC.
The other people in his life from his ex-fiance, sister and the other lady, are victims of those who abused the trust placed on the office of a police officer and the hero.
The hero knows about the embezzlement and corruption within the church but chooses to do nothing as it would play in his favour, the saintess is unlikely to know as she is someone more naïve and actually doing positive work not knowing the rot within the organisation.
His sister likely thinks he is hopeless more so in an affectionate way, in part looking down at him because she has gotten powerful but overall still caring about her brother.
All are victims of a system that allowed what I would call predatory individuals to have power over others.
