You may have noticed the magical lesbian fruit is called "cheh'ree" now. Explanation below.
the fruit is called オゥトー (Outoo) which I didn't clock as a corruption of 桜桃 (outou, cherry). This is a more formal/technical word, at a grocery store you'd buy sakuranbo.

An analogy in English would be
オゥトー -> 桜桃 -> さくらんぼ
kattul -> cattle -> beef

Also, I could see the case where Yulia's last name is pronounced as "bubbles". Make of that what you will.

well Yulia's just a bundle of joy.

I suspect she won't be as terrible (or at least as effective) as she's coming off here, but definitely a less-than-tasteful personality if she's outright trying to conspire to steal the crown and slander Luliam's name, straight to her blunt-but-integral sister Eldora.

I kinda hope Eldora goes to bat for Nana in this instance should Yulia actually do something that puts her in danger (socially/politically or physically), if only because I want to believe she's not a heartless bitch but truly has the interests of the kingdom at heart and cares about her sister, but simply believes she would be better for the throne in terms of stability and safety for everyone.

Always exciting to have some lighthearted political intrigue in the middle of my yuri fantasy romance drama, though.

I'm guessing the First Saint (transmigrator?) had a bit of a sense of humor.

I was wondering how Luliam and Tamura would pull ahead, but with a scheming noble on the prowl it's all falling into place lmao.

Eldora's pride is such an impediment to talking to her fucking wife-to-be. However it also stops her from this kind of scheming and I'm sure if things get serious enough she'll just take the L and refuse to elaborate.

Politics! What fun!

Politics is always tough in these kind of fantasy stories. I find most of them just give a light hint at it and really, really fail to capitalize on it. Plus, there's enough plot without it so I'm not expecting much, but I did like that this feels like a natural way for our two cuties to confront their feelings for each other.

My gut feeling say Eldora is the type that try to hide her real intentions because she's...'insecure' in different sense to Luliam.

Like I think she's aware that her attitude is not really 'lovable' but she's also too stubborn to show vulnerability.
So she put up a front to hide her real emotions/reasons.

If Nana-Luliam try to put personal feelings over political ones, Eldora is viewing things from political point and try to come up with answers to possible dissents first.

Her trying to convince Daichi reminds me a bit of.
Ferdinand trying to convince Rozemyne to marry him in Bookworm.

Cherry bubble? I don't know the joke. Lol

If the fruit is called that (the pronounce can be misspelling to that), that's mean it can make you pregnant. Stupid question, which mouth should she eat? Upper or lower? Lol...

I took it as Eldora being told from a young age that, because of Luliam's perceived deficiency with magic, she would likely have to inherit the throne.

Cue a childhood & adolescence being trained and educated for queendom and carrying the pressure and stress and responsibility that entails from before she ever hit puberty, on top of the problems that have been plaguing the kingdom in recent times.

I could be wrong, but to me Eldora feels like a girl who didn't get a childhood because she's a royal, compounded with the fact that even as the younger sibling she would inherit all the responsibility anyway - and she truly cares about everyone, but has coped with it all by locking her emotions away, making her seem cold and blunt.

But that's where her Saint Lover-to-be will come in to melt it all away, by being just as confrontational and being the one person who won't put up with Eldora's nonsense, of course.
