Is it just me or does the artist's rendition make the Hydra look like a pokemon?

I wonder if a hydra makes its decisions through voting and majority rule. It has so many heads that simply debating every time until consensus would take a good portion of its whole life.

Decentralized nervous system, like an Octopus? Or constantly arguing like the two-headed orge from warcraft? "You farted! No YOU farted! We BOTH farted!"

I have not watched the anime, so I have no idea what's coming, but for what I get from the rest of the comments either the Paul, Zenith or both die... unsurprising, but it may change in the manga. You never know.
Since a lot of people are weeping about this, they may even do a what if. I have seen that happen before.

Well you are misremembering a lot.

Paul does die even in the Novel.

As for Zenith, she isn't brain dead, but rather being trapped inside the magical crystal had made her reborn into a Miko, aka., a being with unique abilities, like Zanoba.

While Zanoba has inhuman strength as Miko power, Zenith gets the power of Mind Read.
But her new Miko power has a drawback, that makes her stuck in a dream-like state, aka., she is in a constant groggy state, which makes it hard for her to talk or interact with real life. Though because she is in a groggy state, Zenith herself doesn't know that she isn't speaking properly as she feels her voice is normally coming out, though it's actually her talking with telepathy which no one could hear.

People initially mistake her state as her losing her mind or memories, but later on learn the truth.

Technically, people with curses which have positive affects (like Zanoba's Inhuman Strength) are called as Miko.

While people with disadvantageous or harmful affects (like Elinalise's Nympho curse of high sexual desire and she would die if she doesn't fulfill the desire; or Orsted's Curse of being hated & feared by all living creatures in this world) are called as Cursed One.

In Zenith's situation, she has a positive affect as she is able to read minds of other people, but the side-effect causes her to be in a groggy-state, and she can't come out of it as she herself doesn't know she is half-asleep.

Most people are born with Miko powers and no one has been known to get more than one, though people can get multiple curses.

Thank you for the detailed explanation! Kinda surprised that there are a lot Mikos in Rudeus’ community. It’s a power that can be get from different kind of situations is it?

Does that means if Zenith actually gets a different Miko power for having been inside the crystal, she won’t end up in the groggy state?

I can't say for sure, as i don't know whether her groggy state is because of her Miko powers, or is it because she was stuck for 5+ years inside the magical crystal (Fandom Wiki says it's because of her powers, but they are not always accurate).
