No, because she understood during their school time when she was just "Fitz" that Rudy was very popular with women - he just didn't seem to respond. Sylphy, Luke and the Princess speculated on what the reason could be, including that he may not like girls, but when they found out it was impotence Sylphy knew that once that was cured he'd probably be as susceptible to women's advances, as Paul was. She grew up around Paul, Zenith and Lilia in the time that Rudy was in Ronoa, so she likely accepted that this was not an uncommon phenomenon.

Looking at Paul's tombstone (388 - 423) I realize he was 35 years old, something that can be confirmed on the fandom wiki. But if Rudeus at this point in the story is over 20 years old (in volume 24 he turns 23), does this mean that Paul was around 15 years old when he had him with Zenith?
Also Zenith is supposed to be 33 years old at this point in the story, which would imply that she became pregnant at 13.

Edit: Sorry for my own mistake. I just read in the next chapter that Rudeus' age is not 20 but 17. So Paul was 18 and Zenith 16 at the time Rudeus was born.

Sounds believable, teenagers are not exactly the epitome of planned parenthood, especially horni bois like Paul a.k.a. someone that used to go around assaulting females
