I’m just worried about the anime watchers will probably tag this one as another “generic isekai” when it literally started the genre itself.

I dont think so, since every anime-only watcher nowadays is surrounded by information about the most expected animes even before to start to watch it.

And that is good side of the delay to 2021. The actual generic Isekai series are reducing (in comparision to 2019 for example) and next year MT is going to be the only or the most famous Isekai to be adapted to new anime, being aired along with continuation of popular series like Re:Zero and Slime Isekai.

In fact the hype worries me more, like is happening to the Webtoon animes. (and MT is a "love or hate" series. I just wish that the "hate" could not be overzised due the overhyping).

dammiiiiiit, the monthly releases are killing me. I like the arc in question, taking it slow for characterization is always good. But doing it in monthly chapters makes you always craving more.

Also, for anyone wondering, this chapter is equivalent to the end of volume 8, chapter 6 of the web novel, ending right at the beginning of chapter 7.
